We recently spent a long weekend celebrating a 70th birthday and had a group ranging from 6 years old to 70. The house was the most well-organized and accommodating VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with so many different teas and coffee, individual condiments, and plenty of dishes, pots, pans, serving dishes, etc. If you are traveling with kids, there is not a better place you can find! The playground is right down the hill, the kids room is equipped with all the games and toys you can think of, even a pacman machine! All of the kids in our group loved it, and they had a stroller, high chairs, pack n’ plays and more to accommodate the littlest ones. The bathrooms included blow dryer, curling irons and flat irons along with all sorts of toiletries. Lynette was very welcoming and showed us around the house when we arrived and offered to assist us with anything we needed or suggestions about things to do. The beds were very comfortable, and 8 of us had plenty of room. The views are incredible with lots of space outside, including a fire pit and a s’mores kit that was ready for us. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this house to any group looking for a beautiful space, and especially groups with kids.

If I could give Lynetta and this spot more than 5 stars I would. I have never had a better Airbnb experience traveling with small kids (5 year old and twin 2 year olds). Lynetta has everything you could ever need for a family stay – plus a beautiful park, gorgeous views, everything was easy to find and labeled. Our kids could have stayed here and been entertained the entire time. Our son even called it the “super cool fun house!” There is a gate at the top and bottom of the stairs, extra amenities in each bathroom, the coffee table looks hard but is a soft foam – no need to worry about stumbling toddler accidents. We will absolutely come back to this property and are telling all of our friends with kids about it, too! This place is absolutely worth the price, and the care Lynetta and Doug clearly take to make your stay comfortable shines through. Run, don’t walk, to book a trip here!

The description doesn’t do the home, property and hosts justice… it is all even better than described on the VRBO site! We were 4 adults, a 5- year old and a 2- year old. We visited family friendly vineyards during the day ensuring we had at least one kid friendly activity and then at the end of the day the kids wanted to go “home” to their own playground and room full of toys. The adults wanted to go “home” too! We loved Lynetta and Doug’s recommendations for restaurants and activities especially Train Town. Can’t thank them enough for helping to make our visit to Sonoma so very special.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts thought of everything! Kitchen is modern and spacious, with everything labeled and easy to find, plus stocked with teas, coffee, and condiment packets. Nice nursery attached to the master bedroom with sturdy crib and changing table, plus pack ‘n play and two high chairs. Both bathrooms are updated and nice, and stocked with helpful items. All of the other little touches, including safety (fire extinguishers, first aid kits), convenience (USB charging ports and sound machines in the bedrooms), information (tour pamphlets and books on the region), and everything else that could come in handy (sewing kit!) were so well thought out. Our kids were in absolute heaven with all of the games and toys. And despite the heat, we made great use of the playground. The location is a little out of the way, at the top of a hill with some narrow roads. But there is a wonderful Mexican restaurant at the bottom of the hill. And sharing beautiful views during sunrise and sunset with our children was magical. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Most well appointed Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in! If you can imagine you might need it, you will find it there! Super comfortable with amazing views!

As a family we try and travel to places that are within driving distance of home to experience different weather and just to show the kids what else is out there. I was absolutely blown away with the attention to detail and professionalism around what they have compiled at Lynetta’s home. The kids were overjoyed to see some of the amenities and immediately engaged in the games, toys and even the ‘squishmellow’ stuffed animals. It really made them feel like they were in a home away from home instead of a hotel, and they played together fantastically. We all made use of the swingset/ playhouse and my wife and I both would not hesitate to book the home again. They have literally thought of everything, and Lynetta met me to show some of the lights/fans/systems around the house despite checking in way too late. Could not sing a higher praise. The house is somewhat remote with amazing views but still close to everything in Sonoma. Booking again one day for sure.

My family was so pleased with our stay at Lynetta’s. It was a unique dome home that was geared to its guests. The setting was astounding and the view remarkable. All of Sonoma Valley could be seen from the home. Every aspect of a guests comfort was considered. 5 stars for organization and for providing the most thoughtful Airbnb experience we have had.

I have stayed at many vacation rentals around the country and this house is our number one spot. Perfect location, everything in the valley is easy to get to in minutes. Perfect views of the valley, sunsets are spectacular and watching the the morning fog melt away with a cup of coffee is a great way to start your day. Perfect floor plan and accommodations, the beds are very comfortable, there are games for adults and children, the bathrooms are very well appointed, plenty of room to relax, and the kitchen is set up for the novice to the gourmet chef. I am looking for a reason to return so I may rent this location again.

We had a MAGICAL stay at Lynetta’s. I have never stayed somewhere with so many extras and well-thought-of touches (my own home is not even as well equipped!). Staying with a toddler + baby was a BREEZE. We basically didn’t have to pack anything for them besides clothes because the house had it all (everything they needed to eat, sleep, play and bathe)! We had everything we needed and beyond. Everything was clearly labeled (like cabinets and light switches) and Lynetta even gave us a tour upon check in. It was HOT and the AC was strong. We watched the sunset every night on the deck (magical!) and in the morning we sipped our coffee there and watched for the deer, little quail family, and bunnies that would come by daily. Bliss. Lynetta was very responsive and provided a bunch of gear when we told her we were going to the warm springs. Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic. We’ll be back!

Amazing views! Amazing hosts! The house had everything you could ever want. Perfect for families, even those with little ones!

There is so many great things about this property. First, it was a pleasure dealing with both Lynetta and Doug. They were both wonderful people. They were communicative and available if we needed anything, which we did not except one minor issue that was resolved in less than three minutes. We enjoyed the house so much that my wife has already stated that we are going to reserve a week next year. We were in town to visit my sister who did not live far away. It was a perfect location for us. We have two elementary school kids and there were so many things for kids to do in the house. The kitchen was wonderful and all of the drawers were easily labeled so that we could find whatever we needed. There was a functional washer and dryer. There was a gas grill outside. it felt like we were staying at an extension of our house. For those with little kids, you still have to keep an eye on them as there are areas outside in which they can fall. But, that should be pretty obvious based on the views you get with the property. There is nothing about our stay about which I could complain. We hope to be back sometime in the next year.

This property is spacious and very clean. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable! Everything you need for young children is here! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time the kids loved the trucks, the art supplies, the pool, the playground, the balls and the big tvs. we were all very comfortable and everything was easy to find and easy to put away. the views were amazing, although we did not see the aurora. we saw lots of deer, quail, turkey vultures at eye level. very fun. we would like to come back some day. my granddaughter said her mom should see this place.

This was the best AirB&B we have stayed in. Could not have been better. Everything we could want was available. Terrific set up kids of any age. I highly recommend.

Our family of six stayed here for a few days. Our ages ranged from five and seven-year-olds up to 81 years old. We greatly enjoyed our time here and the property was excellent for all of us. It made for a wonderful family vacation with priceless time spent with our kids. The property is exactly as described, and the hosts have thought of everything (and even a few more things) that you would need for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Lynetta was super responsive. She gave us recommendations on things to do as well as helped with grocery delivery prior to our early morning arrival. While already a SuperHost, we strongly recommend her as she’s set the bar for what we compare our future AirBNB stays against.

Lynetta and Doug’s Dome home in Sonoma was AMAZING! They really thought of everything from the condiments in the fridge to the array of teas and coffee and hot chocolate! The kid friendly aspect of the property surpassed our expectation. From sippy cups to a bottle warmer and kid utensils and cutlery. Everything you would need in the kitchen, they had! The kids room had so many fun toys for both girls and boys. The property had so many outdoor opportunities. The playground was fabulous, scooters and a hammock. We saw wild turkey, quail and deer right on the property! The beds were so cozy and the bathrooms were stocked like a high end hotel! I cannot recommend this home enough if you have children and are visiting the beautiful Sonoma California!

We spent an amazing 9 days at this beautiful property with our two young daughters. The house was a dream and the views were outstanding. This is truly one of the best appointed houses we’ve stayed at – great kitchen, tons of amenities, and everything our family could need. Lynette and Doug were amazing hosts and were communitive, friendly, and very hospitable. The locations is great – close to downtown Sonoma, with amazing restaurants a very short distance away, and tons of things to do nearby.

The best airbnb we have stayed, the house is amazing all equipped with everything you need, as an airbnb should be, the views were stunning and the house was incredible. It’s kids friendly, lots of things to do for the kids. List of winery’s around. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. I totally recommend this house and the host. For sure we will be back if you go back to this area.

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. The property is absolutely beautiful from the views, to the inside and outside of the property. Our kids loved the playground, playroom, and all the toys. Our kids LOVED the big bath too. Our parents came along too and they loved everything about it. The beds are SO comfortable too. Everything is just top notch! All the supplies were such a good touch too. The only sad part is that we probably won’t every find another vacation home as nice as this. If we ever come back to Sonoma we will definitely return to this property.
